PDA Vaccine (MMR Vaccine)
Composition and form of issue:
- PDA Vaccine — Live attenuated measles, mumps and rubella viruses
- Lyophilised powder form for suspension for subcutaneous or intramuscular administration
Indications:
- Prevention of measles, mumps and rubella in children and adults
Age guidelines and vaccination schedule:
- Children: The first dose is given between 12 and 15 months of age, the second dose between 4 and 6 years of age.

Introduction method:
- The vaccine is administered in a single dose of 0.5 ml subcutaneously or intramuscularly, preferably in the deltoid muscle of the upper arm.
Contraindications:
- Allergic reactions to a previous dose of PDA vaccine or to vaccine components (egg gelatin, neomycin).
- Severe immunodeficiency conditions (such as HIV/AIDS).
- Pregnancy (vaccination should be delayed until after delivery).
- Current severe infectious diseases or chronic diseases during exacerbation. Vaccination is carried out after recovery or during remission.
