Introduction method:
  • The vaccine is administered in a single dose of 0.5 ml subcutaneously or intramuscularly, preferably in the deltoid muscle of the upper arm.
Contraindications:
  • Allergic reactions to a previous dose of PDA vaccine or to vaccine components (egg gelatin, neomycin).
  • Severe immunodeficiency conditions (such as HIV/AIDS).
  • Pregnancy (vaccination should be delayed until after delivery).
  • Current severe infectious diseases or chronic diseases during exacerbation. Vaccination is carried out after recovery or during remission.
